Living Fully Alive with Mary Hyatt | Interview via The Bravery Board
From 2015-2017 I was a part in co-founding The Bravery Board- a mental health collective and podcast. This is one of my favorite interviews I did. Learn more about The Bravery Board here.
"Mary Hyatt was 25 when she hit rock bottom. She was overweight, living with debilitating anxiety, depression, in a marriage that wasn’t fulfilling, was miserable with pain and fatigue from an autoimmune disorder, and had completely lost herself.
In the 7 years since, she has fully owned her life and has learned how to live fully alive. Her journey started in a yoga class where she tasted what it was like to get connected with the body she had disowned, and has blossomed into a woman completely turned on by life.
Now, she is on a quest to feel alive and to live a life full of gratitude, joy, authenticity, and abundance in body, mind, and soul. Living in the heart of Nashville, her days are spent juggling the rolls of holistic lifestyle advocate as a Blue Diamond with doTERRA essential oils, and personal life and business coach. Every week Mary dives into real topics on her weekly Facebook LIVE’s episodes and help women wake up, find their voice, and become fully alive.
This girl is the real deal. In the podcast she opens up about finding herself, what it actually took to love herself, and for the first time, shares her experience going through a very public divorce. Be prepared to be challenged, laugh, and get chills because Mary will make you believe anything is possible." -The Bravery Board
